today was my 1st session at AH for my physiotherapy. 1st session was an assessment. it's not as bad as i thought it would be. thought would be a lot of exercise to do and everything. but the physiotherapist was a cool fella. my next session is on the 29th. see what the outcome would be by then.
on another update, the Devils defeat the Gunners over the weekend!!! and yesterday, Chelsea drew with Wigan... soon, the title would be ours but it's gonna get tough. Man U still has to fight in the Champions League, we might be stretched out by the semis or the finals. BUT!! i have faith in them and i hope we could win the Double this season!!!
