updates...

it's been some time since i last post. apologies for the weekends predictions. was too busy to predict but guess what? my team won against the soulless blues. i really pity them. Mourinhno is a great manager who brings colour into the league with immediate impact. for this i applaud to him. for this, he has my respect for it.

well... let's see what can i update over the weekends? oh yeah... i was fucking working my ass off. sianzzz... time sure pass slowly for me but overall the weekend was quite ok for me. no hiccups or whatsoever. now i'm enjoying my 2 days off that was today which has passed and today later on.

today.. my family celebrated my dad's birthday. cos it was his off day so it was decided to celebrate it. we went to west mall's restaurant called Mayim Chinese Cuisine. the food was quite nice. now i know why so many people were willing to queue to try their food. later on, we went to next door Swenson's to have dessert. everyone had their desserts including my granny who's not a big fan of ice creams but she has her own taste, had just the normal plain classic vanilla ice-cream. my dad tried the chocolate fondue and shared with my mom, lil sister, my bro and me. i had my Chocolate Crunch, my favourite. the chocolate fondue was disappointing. cos the chocolate was warm up and to keep the fondue warm was just a candle lit underneath. it was kinda of lame. but it was the company that we enjoyed the whole night.

the whole night was paid by yours truly. BIG GRINZ. well, i was thinking when was the last time i gave my family a treat so might as well be this. total damage was under $200. some of you might think it's crazy for me to take the full damage but it's okie la. to occasionally splurge on my family it's okie rather than me spending on myself most of the time.

tomorrow most families in Singapore will be celebrating the Moon Cake Festival. usually during this period, we would have family gathering to sit together our round table to have dinner just like CNY. in the past, after dinner we would just go down our void deck to play with lanterns and sparkles but now most of us had grown up and grown out of it we don't do it any more. the importance of all this is to have dinner with family.

so whoever reading this, if possible, tomorrow night would be a full moon so take your family or your loved ones go out and enjoy the moon and have a mooncake. hehe..
